Offshore ServiceMax Architect

We are seeking an experienced ServiceMax Architect to join our global IT and field service applications team.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise with ServiceMax Go, strong architectural leadership skills, and prior experience working within large global consulting organizations or Fortune 500 companies.

We expect the successful candidate to lead the design and architecture of ServiceMax solutions with a focus on sales organizations, provide technical leadership across ServiceMax Go, Salesforce, and integrated enterprise applications, define best practices, standards, and governance for ServiceMax solution design, development, and deployment, and oversee solution delivery ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and regulatory / compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and architect ServiceMax solutions for sales organizations.
• Provide technical leadership for ServiceMax Go, Salesforce, and integrated enterprise applications.
• Define best practices, standards, and governance for ServiceMax solution design, development, and deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, high-performance architectures.
• Oversee solution delivery, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and regulatory / compliance needs.
• Guide development teams on ServiceMax Go configuration, customization, and integration patterns.
• Partner with QA, DevOps, and support teams to ensure smooth releases and long-term maintainability.
