Site Engineer

Job Description

Supervise and monitor interior site execution including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring, false ceiling, and finishing works.

Review and interpret architectural drawings, interior layouts, and design specifications .

Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely material availability and execution.

Ensure work is carried out as per quality, safety, and compliance standards .

Prepare and maintain daily site reports, work progress updates, and measurement records .

Monitor project timelines, resource utilization, and resolve site-level issues.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure design adherence and finishing quality.

Support in preparing BOQs, material requirements, and site documentation .

Ensure smooth handover of completed work to clients.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution and finishing works .

Ability to read and interpret interior design drawings, AutoCAD layouts, and technical specifications .

Experience in site supervision, vendor coordination, and quality control .

Knowledge of materials, costing, and BOQ preparation .

Familiarity with safety regulations and site compliance .

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools .

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Problem-solving ability to handle site-level challenges.
