About the Role:

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi. As a Immigration Counsultants – Sales, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client visa requirements, and providing personalized guidance throughout the visa application process.

Your key responsibilities will include:

· Evaluating client profiles and offering transparent, constructive feedback

· Enhancing clients' visa prospects with strategic guidance

· Identifying, engaging, and converting potential leads to drive sales growth

· Proactively reaching out to prospects and managing client expectations

· Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service delivery

· Monitoring sales performance to achieve organizational goals

· Tracking business-related documentation and invoices

· Supporting and mentoring sales team members to enhance performance

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

· Strong client relationship management and communication skills

· Sound understanding of visa processes and documentation requirements

· Ability to provide tailored consultation and strategic advice

· Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail

· Sales acumen with the ability to implement revenue-enhancing techniques

· Prior experience in immigration consultancy (preferred)

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
