Job descriptionConduct user research, persona development, journey mapping, and competitor analysis . Design wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, mockups, and interactive user flows . Create pixel-perfect UI designs with a focus on responsiveness and accessibility. Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI component libraries . Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Perform usability testing, A / B testing, heuristic evaluations, and collect feedback to iterate designs. Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel) to analyze user behavior and improve designs. Keep updated with latest design trends, emerging tools, and UX / UI best practices . Work in Agile / Scrum methodology , actively contributing to sprint planning and reviews. Design Tools : Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator. Prototyping Tools : InVision, Axure, Principle, Marvel, or similar. Wireframing & Collaboration : Miro, Balsamiq, Whimsical, Jira, Confluence, Trello. Design Systems : Experience with Material Design, Fluent UI, or custom scalable systems. Usability & Accessibility : Knowledge of WCAG standards, ARIA guidelines, responsive design . UX Research & Testing : Proficiency in user interviews, usability testing, surveys, heatmaps . Frontend Awareness (Good to Have) : Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript for better dev collaboration. Cross-Platform Expertise : Designing for Web, iOS, and Android platforms. Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field . Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects (concept → execution). Knowledge of motion design & micro-interactions (After Effects, Lottie). Familiarity with responsive frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, Material UI). Exposure to version control tools (Git), Storybook, or developer handoff tools (Zeplin, Figma Inspect) . Excellent communication & presentation skills. Strong problem-solving & analytical thinking . Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment . Keen attention to detail with a user-first mindset. Work on impactful projects that reach a wide audience.
