Marketo QA Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Marketo QA Specialist to support the execution and quality assurance of demand generation campaigns. The ideal candidate will work closely with campaign managers, brand and communication teams, and key stakeholders to ensure the flawless delivery of marketing assets and programs through Marketo.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with campaign managers and stakeholders to understand project objectives, timelines, and requirements.
• Assist in the setup, testing, and execution of marketing campaigns in Marketo (including email, webinar, nurture, and event campaigns).
• Perform thorough quality assurance checks on campaign assets including emails, landing pages, forms, CTAs, tokens, and personalization snippets.
• Validate that emails render correctly across multiple browsers, devices, and email clients; identify and troubleshoot rendering and formatting issues.
• Ensure all assets adhere to Fiserv and Clover brand guidelines and follow best practices for deliverability and compliance.
• Test and resolve HTML / CSS and coding issues related to email templates and other digital assets within Marketo.
• Support the creation and management of Marketo programs, ensuring consistent performance and campaign integrity.
• Review campaign components for accuracy in content, links, dynamic elements, and imagery.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements by identifying gaps and making recommendations related to QA workflows and marketing automation.
• Experience with project management tools like Adobe Workfront to interpret campaign briefs and ensure accurate asset builds.
• Hands-on experience in creating smart lists, applying suppression rules, and managing segmentation based on business requirements.
• Familiarity with testing and validating Preference Center, Subscription Center, and Opt-Out functionalities within Marketo.
• Adherence to standard naming conventions, folder structures, and documentation practices
• Awareness of lead database integrity, and ability to identify and escalate data sync or segmentation anomalies that may impact campaign performance.
