Marketplace & PPC Expert (Amazon FBA | Flipkart Fulfilment | Wellness D2C)

Location : Nagpur, Maharashtra (On-site)

About the Role

Ved Sanjeevani Ayurvedas — one of India’s fastest-growing Ayurvedic wellness brands — is looking for an experienced Marketplace Expert to lead all operations and performance across Amazon and Flipkart.

The candidate must have hands-on experience in Amazon FBA, Flipkart Fulfilment (FBF), and PPC advertising, with a proven background in managing wellness or Ayurvedic D2C products.

This is an on-site leadership role based in Nagpur, reporting directly to the founders.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Operations (Amazon & Flipkart) :

  • Manage Seller Central (Amazon) and Seller Hub (Flipkart) independently.
  • Handle FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and FBF (Flipkart Fulfilment) logistics end-to-end — including warehouse coordination, inbound shipments, stock transfers, and claims management.
  • Optimize inventory flow, maintain healthy IPI scores, and ensure on-time replenishment.
  • Monitor order processing, returns, and customer experience metrics.
  • Ensure listing compliance, accuracy, and content optimization for all SKUs.

PPC & Advertising (Amazon Ads / Flipkart Ads) :

  • Create, manage, and optimize sponsored ad campaigns (Products, Brands, Display).
  • Conduct keyword and competitor analysis to enhance visibility and ROI.
  • Manage and scale monthly ad budgets with a strong focus on ACoS, TACoS, CTR, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Track, report, and improve ad performance through data-driven insights.
  • Identify high-performing SKUs and plan promotional campaigns accordingly.
  • Growth & Brand Development :

  • Strategize and execute growth plans specific to the Ayurvedic & wellness category.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams for A+ listings, infographics, and videos.
  • Utilize marketplace tools and analytics to forecast trends and improve brand positioning.
  • Lead product launches and design growth roadmaps across marketplaces.
  • Ensure coordination with customer support and fulfillment teams for smooth execution.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience managing Amazon & Flipkart marketplaces.
  • Deep operational understanding of FBA, FBF, and ad campaign management.
  • Proven success in PPC optimization and e-commerce performance marketing.
  • Experience in Ayurveda, wellness, nutraceutical, or herbal D2C brands (mandatory).
  • Strong analytical skills; expertise in Excel, Sheets, and ad dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
