Job descriptionPossess good knowledge of Software testing life cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies. Create comprehensive and well-structured test cases. Liaise with internal teams to analyze and understand technical requirements. Bug Reporting and tracking till closure. Candidate should possess knowledge of P&C Insurance domains on Duck Creek PAS, claims, billing, underwriting etc. Must have experience in test case design for Account setup, Payment plan, Invoice processing, Payment allocation and distribution, and follow up, Notices, Installment Schedule, and General Ledger setup. Good to have knowledge in testing of Direct Bill and Agency Bill and Commission processing. Good to have experience in testing Billing Integrations like batch Payment, onetime payment, credit and debit card payment, lockbox payment etc. Experience in test management tools like JIRA ALM Confluence. Good-to-have knowledge in XML. Experience in writing SQL scripts / queries is a plus.
