Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Proven ability to work on end-to-end ML projects from research to production.
  • Conduct in-depth machine learning research and stay updated with state-of-the-art advancements.
  • Read, interpret, and implement research papers, especially in the Generative AI domain.
  • Mentor and guide junior data scientists and interns in executing real-world projects.
  • Design and build machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex business challenges.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to turn data into decisions, and models into products.

Requirements :

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles.
  • Strong foundation in Statistics and Probability.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python for data science and ML workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with key libraries like Scikit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
  • Expertise in core ML algorithms like Linear / Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Gradient Descent, SVMs, etc.
  • Deep familiarity with Transformer architectures and working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Experience with frameworks like Langchain or LlamaIndex for building LLM-based applications.
  • Ability to turn theoretical models into production-ready code with clarity and precision.
