Job descriptionTeamwork, flexibility and excellent people management skills Should have expert level knowledge of MS Word / Excel / Powerpoint Responsible for identifying technical issues and getting to the root of the problem Improve product quality by making recommendation for change Implement a working system to ensure conformity and accuracy in the production process Set detailed guidelines on what need to be checked and what the quality standards Knowledge of Raw materials and casting and their relevant inspection standards Knowledge of different welding process and their defects analysis . Should be working in heavy engineering / OEM company . 2D,3D, GA & Detail Engineering Drawing knowledge is must. Knowledge of QMS system and their implementation . Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products. Coordinate with fabrication technician and provide support to all teams. Additional NDT qualification is required like DPT,MPT,RT …etc Knowledge of computer / ERP..
