This role blends technical testing expertise with forward-thinking innovation, focusing on technologies that directly impact the employee experience. The ideal candidate will develop and lead comprehensive testing strategies , evaluate new technologies including AI solutions , and drive the operationalization of scalable, user-centric technology platforms.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience in IT engineering, testing, or solution evaluation, preferably in end-user or employee-facing technologies.
• Deep understanding of corporate IT environments and digital workplace technologies (e.g., collaboration tools, device management, SaaS platforms).
• Proven ability to create detailed and effective test strategies and plans.
• Familiarity with AI-driven technologies, including chatbots, copilots, and intelligent automation.
