Responsibilities

The Primary Responsibilities For This Role Include

Reporting to the team lead.

• You will be the subject matter expert (SME) for testing and quality for the team.Support and drive the approach (test strategy) to testing in your team.Ensure that the testing in the team is efficient and effective.Providing mentoring and training where applicable to your team and project.Ensuring that the team is adhering to the process.Taking customer feedback to help drive improvement in testing.Support the team when it comes to performance testing.Develop appropriate KPI’s and metrics.
• Working with not only the internal teams but external teams such as support, professional services, customer success to improve quality and experience for our customers.
• Designing and implementation of tests both manual and automatic – using the frameworks available.
• Understand the automation pyramid and different objective of the test levels, ensuring that your team implements them effectively.
• Highlight weaknesses, gaps or failings in the quality and testing process. Then working closely with the stakeholders to ensure appropriate priorities are set for any improvement initiatives, and said initiatives are implemented in a timely manner.
• Influence software teams to raise the bar on quality deliverables and build expert knowledge of our products.
• Highlight and escalate risks
