We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explaining products or services, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving daily and monthly targets. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products, services, or offers.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to customers.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and convincingly.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly in CRM / software.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and previous interactions to close sales or ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Meet or exceed daily call targets, conversion goals, and team objectives.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for smooth lead management.
- Maintain proper call records and submit regular performance reports.
Required Skills And Competencies
