Sales Closer – Growthify (3 Openings)

Location : Ahmedabad Office (compulsory relocation)

Compensation : ₹3LPA + Lucrative Incentives on Each Deal Closed

Experience Required : Minimum 1 year in digital marketing / agency sales

Role Overview We are looking for results-driven sales closers who know how to handle qualified leads, pitch digital solutions confidently, and close deals like a pro. You'll be working directly with the founders, marketing managers, and brand owners.

What You’ll Do : Handle warm leads generated by our marketing team

Conduct sales calls and product demos with potential clients

Understand client pain points and recommend relevant Growthify solutions

Follow up with leads via WhatsApp, calls, and emails to close deals

Maintain CRM records and daily reporting

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover post-sales

What We’re Looking For : ✅ Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a digital marketing agency

✅ Strong understanding of digital marketing services : Meta / Google Ads, SEO, CRM, Shopify, etc.

✅ Great communication skills – written and verbal

✅ Someone who can handle objections smartly and close with confidence

✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth agency environment

✅ Self-driven and target-focused mindset
