Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and result-driven experienced Email Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing strategies, experience with various email platforms, and a keen eye for detail. This role will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads or sales.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Development : Plan, create, and execute effective email marketing campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives, including newsletters, promotional emails, automated drip campaigns, and transactional emails.
• Content Creation : Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop engaging email content, including copywriting, imagery, and call-to-actions (CTAs) that resonate with target audiences.
• Segmentation & Personalization : Segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and other criteria to deliver personalized content that increases engagement and conversion rates.
• A / B Testing : Conduct A / B testing on various elements of email campaigns, such as subject lines, content, layout, and CTAs, to continuously improve performance.
• Analytics & Reporting : Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.) and generate reports to assess effectiveness and optimize future campaigns.
• List Management : Maintain and grow the email subscriber list, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and best practices in email deliverability.
• Automation : Implement and manage email marketing automation strategies to nurture leads and improve customer lifecycle engagement.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to align email marketing efforts with broader company goals and initiatives.
