We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 4-7 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expertise in implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions and ensuring a smooth deployment process. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Indian job market context and should be able to provide recommendations to enhance our HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs
• Design, configure and test SAP SuccessFactors solutions
• Provide end-user support and training on SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors solutions
