Qualification required : CA / MBA Finance

Experience required : 12 to 16 Years

Industry preferred : Real Estate / Construction

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead fundraising activities including term loans, project finance, working capital, and other credit facilities from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders , credit teams, and rating agencies to support ongoing and future funding needs.
• Prepare and review loan proposals, financial models, CMA data, documentation , and ensure timely submission for sanctions and renewals.
• Negotiate interest rates, loan terms, covenants, and security structures with financial institutions.
• Manage end-to-end debt lifecycle , including disbursements, compliance, documentation, mortgage creation, and timely repayment.
• Oversee cash flow planning, treasury operations , and ensure adequate liquidity for projects and business operations.
• Coordinate with auditors, legal teams, and internal departments for due diligence, reporting, and lender compliance requirements.
• Provide management with MIS reports, financial insights , and updates on debt status and funding requirements.
