Project Liaison – Hotel Development (Manager Level)
📍 Location : chennai| Compensation : ₹12–18 LPA
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our hospitality development team as a Project Liaison – Hotel Development. This role will act as the bridge between landowners, hotel operators, consultants, and authorities—driving end-to-end project documentation, compliance, approvals, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage land documentation, contracts, and statutory compliance.
- Liaise with hotel operators (Taj, Marriott, ITC, etc.) on agreements and approvals.
- Coordinate with government bodies for permits, clearances, and utilities.
- Support negotiations, track commitments, and maintain project dashboards.
