Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end QA effort for mobile application testing, including native apps, hybrid apps, and responsive web apps
• Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases to support functional, UI, and integration testing
• Perform manual functional testing, regression testing, and end-to-end validation across multiple mobile devices and OS versions
• Collaborate closely with development and CMS teams to validate mobile app integrations with backend content delivery platforms (CMS)
• Validate mobile app content rendering, personalization, localization, and analytics tracking during integration with CMS systems
• Utilize API testing tools (e.g., Postman or Swagger) to validate mobile backend services and data flows
• Ensure effective defect tracking, root cause analysis, and reporting using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Guide and mentor junior QA engineers, ensuring adherence to QA best practices and organizational standards
• Participate in sprint planning, requirement analysis, and release readiness reviews to ensure high-quality delivery
• Contribute to the development of a test automation strategy for mobile platforms (knowledge of Appium or other automation frameworks is a plus)
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering adherence to QA best practices and supporting process improvements
