Role & responsibilities As a centre Manager with a primary focus on Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue generations and achieving sales target for students enrollment. Lead and motivate the team of counselor and tele caller, setting clear sales target. Develop and implement effective enrollment strategies. Establish performance metrics & conduct regular performance evaluation Continuosly improving the sales process and identifying areas for enhancements Maximizing the conversion leads to enrollments. Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and sales. Generate regular reports on sales performance, enrollment data, and other key metrics, Providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making. Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements within the center sales operations. Preferred candidate profile Graduates / Post-Graduates with : Proven experience (at least 5-6 years) in sales management, preferably in the education or related industry.
