Experience
5–10 years (Event sponsorships, brand partnerships, media sales preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sponsorship revenue for assigned events by acquiring new brand partners
- Create customized sponsorship proposals aligned with brand objectives
- Identify and approach potential sponsors across categories (Auto, FMCG, Alcobev, BFSI, Tech, Luxury, etc.)
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Close high-value sponsorship deals and ensure revenue targets are met
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and operations teams for seamless sponsor integration
- Manage end-to-end sponsor lifecycle – from pitch to execution to post-event reporting
- Ensure sponsor deliverables, branding, and integrations are executed as per commitment
- Build strong relationships with CMOs, event marketeers, and brand decision-makers
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and reports
- Stay updated on market trends, competitive events, and sponsorship innovations

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related fieldMBA or specialized sales certification is a plus
