Finance Manager

Role : Manager, Finance

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented manager, finance to join our team. You will lead the function, handling accounting, payments and finance operations for clients & employees. We are an angel funded venture, growing rapidly with offices in Mumbai and Bangalore. You will work closely with the founders and leadership team on scaling the business.

Work Location : HSR Layout, Bangalore (in-office role)

Responsibilities :

Book keeping (we use Zohobooks)

Client facing financial operations & contracting

Review contracts, interact with key clients, suppliers and other parties.

Payroll, manage PF / ESI with consultants

Support month-end closing procedures.

Ensure timely statutory compliance such as TDS, PF, PT, and GST.

Qualifications :

Knowledge of accounting software such as Zoho Books

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Google Sheets, etc.

Calculation and filing of TDS / GST

Good to have

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
