Role Overview
The VP – Global HR Operations & Employee Experience will oversee Lighthouse Canton’s HR operations and employee lifecycle for India, while ensuring strong coordination with HR teams in Singapore, the Middle East, and future expansion markets. The role is responsible for shaping employee experience frameworks, strengthening operational governance, and driving consistency across regions.
This position requires a leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on operational depth, and partner effectively across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
Global Employee Experience
- Develop and implement a unified employee experience framework across India, Singapore, the Middle East, and future expansion markets.
- Lead onboarding, integration, internal mobility, and offboarding processes with consistent global standards.
- Use employee insights across regions to refine and evolve experience‑related programs.
Global HR Operations Governance
Strengthen workflows, documentation quality, controls, and HR process governance across all current and future regions.Ensure operational readiness and structured HR processes as the organisation enters new markets.HR Shared Services Management
Lead and develop the HRSS team, ensuring efficient and high‑quality service delivery.Drive standardisation, scalability, and process maturity across shared services that support multiple geographies.Collaborate closely with regional HR teams on shared workflows and escalations.Performance Management Operations
Oversee execution of the annual performance cycle including goal-setting, mid-year reviews, system administration, and closure.Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to drive consistency, compliance, and communication during the PMS cycle.Support capability-building and manager enablement around performance culture.Compliance, Controls & Policy Alignment
Ensure compliance with India labour regulations and support alignment of policies across regions.Maintain strong documentation practices and readiness for internal / external audits globally.Support harmonisation of HR policies in collaboration with regional teams.HR Systems, Digitalisation & Analytics
Strengthen HRIS adoption, workflow discipline, and data accuracy across regions.Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.Deliver dashboards and analytical insights that support global HR and business leadership.Cross‑Regional Collaboration
Partner with HR teams in Singapore, the Middle East, and future expansion markets to maintain aligned operational standards and shared best practices.Support global rollouts, system deployments, and multi‑country HR initiatives.Act as an operational bridge across geographies to ensure cohesive execution.Qualifications
MBA HR or equivalent postgraduate degree.10+ years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to HR operations, HRSS, and employee lifecycle management.Experience within financial services or other governance‑heavy industries preferred.Skills & Attributes
