Job Description – Executive / Senior Executive, Sponsorships

Location : Mumbai (with travel during IPL season- Jaipur)

Reports To : Manager – Sponsorships

Role Overview

The Executive – Sponsorships will play a critical role in supporting the growth and management of Rajasthan Royals' sponsorship portfolio. The role involves driving new partner outreach through industry insights, creating compelling sales and partner servicing materials, assisting in workflow and task tracking, and managing select sponsorship accounts during the IPL season.

This position requires strong organizational, creative, and relationship management skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment like the IPL.

Partner Acquisition & Insights

• Conduct research and deliver industry insights to identify new categories and potential partners.
• Support outreach efforts by creating target lists and assisting in first-level engagement.
