Associate Capital & Liquidity Management

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Capital & Liquidity Management team. This role focuses on managing capital adequacy, liquidity buffers, and regulatory compliance while supporting strategic initiatives for balance sheet optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle manual production of Pillar 1 Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA) calculations and reporting
• Perform Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) analysis and ensure accurate implementation of FTP methodologies
• Support Asset Liability Management (ALM) processes, including gap analysis, interest rate risk, and liquidity risk reporting.
• Monitor and manage capital ratios, liquidity buffers, and regulatory metrics.
• Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and analytical tools for capital and liquidity reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Treasury teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Prepare regulatory and internal reports with accuracy and timeliness.
