About the Role

We are seeking a Data Scientist specialized in Prompt Engineering, Generative AI, and NLP to join our team. This is a client-facing role where you will design and deliver scalable AI / ML solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You will work on cutting-edge technologies such as RAG architectures, multi-agent AI frameworks, and LLM optimization while collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into AI / ML solutions.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for knowledge-intensive tasks.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize LLM performance.
• Develop agentic AI workflows using multi-agent and autonomous frameworks.
• Fine-tune and deploy NLP / Generative AI models for summarization, Q&A, and conversational AI use cases.
• Document structured reasoning chains to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into client environments .
