SCOPE OF WORK :
Responsible for developing and executing product strategy for various customer segments and ensure both Physical and digital deployment to reinforce Dr. Lal PathLabs' position as a leader in wellness market
HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO :
- Revenue Achievement : Responsible for the revenue achievement through the sales of the product. Design and roll out marketing plans to ensure product adoption across COCO, FOFO channels through the help of sales and ops teams.
- Product Strategy & Life-cycle Management : Conduct market research to gather consumer insights. Use insights to design and deploy competitive offerings of consumer products like preventive health packages, including design, pricing, positioning, and lifecycle management.
- Customer Segmentation, New Product Development & Innovation : Field working (8-10days monthly) to analyze customer segments and needs to conceptualize and launch health packages as per different segments like lifestyle, age, demographics, occupation, premium etc. Pilot the packages, gather insights to refine offerings. Partner with sales to customize and roll out region specific offerings to help achieve sales revenue.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and IT teams to ensure cohesive product adoption, promotion and service delivery.
- Product Vision, Research & Planning :
- Lead comprehensive market research, consumer insight mining, and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs and high-potential product opportunities.
- Define the business case, opportunity sizing, and product strategy in line with organizational goals.
- Present structured recommendations for what to launch, when, and why—based on data and field realities.
- High-Impact Project & Stakeholder Management :
- Drive the entire product lifecycle from idea to launch with clear timelines, ownership, and governance.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Medical, Tech, Ops, Quality, Digital, Finance) to get timely inputs and cross-functional buy-ins.
- Navigate internal approval processes efficiently, ensuring all gates (content, pricing, compliance, etc.) are managed proactively.
- Campaign & GTM Execution :
- Collaborate for 360° launch campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, local) in partnership with brand and media teams.
- Ensure campaign rollout is timely, consistent, and aligned with the product proposition across customer and trade touchpoints.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING IN YOU :
Experience : 8-10 years of experience in product management
Qualification : MBA / PGDM in Marketing
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS :
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in using Bi tools and MS Office Suite.Strong data-driven decision-making skills.Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.Proven ability to collaborate successfully across various functions.COMPETENCIES :
