As Senior Manager – Growth , you will own the end-to-end Product Pnl, Launch new programs, own GTM strategy, drive growth planning, and scale new verticals. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, sharp analytical thinking, and a proven track record of driving sustainable growth and building high-impact, scalable operations from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities :
- P&L Ownership & Portfolio Scaling
- Own end-to-end P&L for the vertical, driving growth while optimizing costs.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration (Product, Marketing, Sales, Academics, Operations) to ensure vertical success and financial performance.
- Conduct Market research, competition study & stay updated with the market
- Launh new programs & drive success
- Go-To-Market Strategy :
- Design and execute GTM plans for multiple projects.
- Getting your hands dirty to drive real impact.
- Define customer personas, market segmentation, and competitive differentiation to drive positioning and messaging
- Data-Driven Product & Business Decisions
- Own tracking and analysis of key performance metrics
- Leverage insights to influence product enhancements, pricing strategy, GTM adjustments, and long-term roadmap.
Requirements :
4-5 years of experience in growth, strategy, revenue, or GTM roles, preferably in EdTech, Consulting, or high-growth startups.Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.Proven experience in building GTM plans, product marketing strategies, growth models.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.High ownership, agility, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
