Role Description
We’re looking for a
Product Design
to shape the design vision and user experience for one of Asia’s most impactful consumer platforms. This role combines
UX strategy, visual design, and design leadership , focused on creating intuitive, beautiful, and high-performing experiences that power
growth across Lenskart’s omnichannel ecosystem .
You’ll design for millions — helping users discover, try, and buy effortlessly across devices, languages, and markets. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, growth, and data teams to create experiences that
delight customers while driving measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the
design vision, strategy, and execution
Build and evolve a
world-class design system
that ensures consistency and scalability across global markets.
Drive
user research and experimentation
to uncover insights that shape app journeys for discovery, purchase, and engagement.
Partner with product and engineering to
prototype, test, and iterate
rapidly across features that drive acquisition, personalization, and omnichannel flow.
Use
AI and behavioral data
to craft personalized, intelligent design experiences that adapt to users’ needs and contexts.
Ensure the app experience seamlessly
connects digital and retail touchpoints , making transitions between online and store interactions frictionless.
Mentor and grow designers, fostering a culture of excellence, curiosity, and customer obsession.
Advocate for design across the organization — influencing business and product decisions with user-centered thinking.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in
Product Design, UX / UI Design, or Experience Strategy , ideally in
consumer tech, e-commerce, or omnichannel platforms .
Proven track record of designing
mobile-first experiences
at scale, with measurable impact on growth, retention, and user delight.
Deep expertise in
interaction design, visual storytelling, and data-informed design decisions .
Familiarity with
AI-driven personalization , design systems, and experimentation frameworks (A / B testing, UX analytics, etc.).
Strong portfolio showcasing
end-to-end design thinking
— from insight to prototype to shipped experience.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to work cross-functionally with product, data, and business teams.
Degree in Design, HCI, or related field; advanced design qualifications or experience leading design teams is a plus.
