Role Overview

We are looking for a

highly experienced and proactive Email Marketing Executive

to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with

strong lead generation expertise, deep knowledge of email marketing automation tools, and excellent English communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Lead Research & Prospecting

Identify and qualify leads using platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, and other tools

Segment leads by niche, geography, industry, and decision-maker profiles

Email Campaign Execution

Create and manage outbound email campaigns using tools like Instantly, Lemlist, Mailchimp, or similar

Monitor performance metrics (open rate, CTR, reply rate) and optimize continuously

Strategy & Copywriting

Develop high-converting cold email sequences tailored to EPixelSoft’s core services

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define targeting strategy by industry (Fintech, SaaS, Healthcare, EdTech)

Write personalized, value-driven messages that resonate with CXOs, Founders, and VPs

Appointment Setting

Drive prospect engagement with the end goal of

booking qualified discovery meetings

Ensure proper CRM tagging and follow-up for warm leads

Who You Are

email marketing / outbound sales campaigns / B2B lead generation

English communication

ICP creation, campaign tracking, A / B testing, and inbox warm-up techniques

HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive

is a plus
