1.Experience with AWS and on-prem server architecture.

2. Solid understanding of cloud migration methodologies, especially lift-and-shift.

3. Understanding network protocols and cloud network design.

4. Familiarity with AWS services : EC2, VPC, ELB, S3, IAM, CloudWatch.

5. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

6. AWS certification (Solution Architect or SysOps Administrator) is a bonus.
