Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Managing client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure client satisfaction with a company's products or services
Understanding client requirements and communicating them to internal teams to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services or products to clients
Working together with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services.
Prepare and present service proposals, contracts and agreements to clients.
Stay updated with the industry changes and share the relevant information with the clients.
Managing end to end event projects.
Creates and conducts effective presentation for the Client along with Internal Teams
Responsible for profit for the project assigned.
Appropriate engagement post-sale about project deployment, working closely with the operation, creative & digital team.
Consistently meet and exceed quality delivery
Provide timely reports
Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to execute differently every time.
Technology adaptation
Strong experience in participating in new business pitches.
Essential Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of client servicing & event management experience.
Good presentation skills (PPT).
Willing to travel
Should have worked in event industry and aware of the dynamics.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities to address client issues and concerns effectively
Should be highly motivated, passionate and goal-oriented
Must be able to work with minimal supervision
