Role Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and diligent Accountant to join RX Industries’ finance team. This role will play a key part in managing the company’s financial records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting to support business operations and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable / receivable.
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow tracking.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate financial data.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes.
  • Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits.
  • Generate financial reports and assist management with analysis for business planning.
  • Work closely with sales, procurement, and operations teams to align financial workflows.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation laws.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or equivalent) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
