Job Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Handle high-budget campaigns with precision, ensuring maximum ROI and optimal ad performance
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A / B testing, and bid strategy planning
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on data and analytics
- Create campaign reports with insights and actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with design, content, and SEO teams to ensure ad alignment with overall marketing goals
- Stay up to date with platform updates, paid media trends, and AIdriven automation tools
- Ensure all campaigns are run in compliance with platform guidelines and client goals
Requirements
Proven experience in managing high-budget paid ad campaignsStrong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube AdsProficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and other analytics toolsStrong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to derive insights from campaign dataExcellent understanding of audience segmentation, remarketing, conversion tracking, and performance metricsAbility to work under pressure, manage multiple campaigns, and deliver resultsPrior experience in an agency environment is mandatorySkills Required
