What You’ll Do (High-Impact Work, Not Cold Calling)

Decode market opportunities in manufacturing, energy, smart cities, and automation.

Build and manage relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and innovators .

Drive partnerships and revenue pilots with Indian and global automation players.

Position MasterLink Hub across LinkedIn, industry forums, and CXO boardrooms .

Work alongside AI Fellows to package problem–solution dossiers into offerings.

Career Path (Your Growth Story)

Fellow (0–6 months) : Work directly with founder, lead outreach, earn convertible equity rights (₹50k–₹1L).

Associate (6–18 months) : Own a sectoral growth vertical (Automation, Energy, AgriTech, Smart Cities).

Core BD Lead (18–36 months) : Manage industry accounts, scale partnerships, deliver ₹Cr-level growth.

Navratna (3–5 years) : Head of Business Development Unit, with equity + global leadership opportunities.

Who Should Apply

MBA grads (Sales, Marketing, Strategy) eager to work in B2B industrial markets.

Engineers with sales flair (Mech, Elec, AI / IIoT) who want to bridge tech & business.
