Job Title : Assistant Manager – Accounts Payable

Role Overview :
Responsible for managing the Accounts Payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, payments, and compliance with company policies. The role requires strong knowledge of hospitality industry accounting practices and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable operations for the hotel.
- Verify and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual terms.
- Maintain vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal financial controls.
- Prepare AP reports, aging analysis, and assist in month-end closing.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for invoice approvals and reconciliations.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
Qualifications & Skills :
Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce or Finance; MBA preferred.3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in hospitality / hotel industry.Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
