Description : About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Performance Tester with strong experience in Apache JMeter to join our QA team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance tests to ensure system stability, scalability, and responsiveness under load. This is a contractual role based in Kochi or Jaipur, and we are seeking candidates who can join on an immediate or short notice.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute performance testing scripts using Apache JMeter.
• Analyze performance test requirements and define test plans, workload models, and KPIs.
• Conduct load, stress, endurance, and spike testing across different application modules.
• Monitor system performance during tests and identify potential bottlenecks in application, database, or infrastructure.
• Prepare detailed test reports with insights, root cause analysis, and recommendations.
• Work closely with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to reproduce and resolve performance issues.
• Maintain and update performance test suites as systems evolve.
• Support continuous performance testing as part of CI / CD pipelines if required.
