Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Senior Counsellor for International Universities, based in Mumbai. The Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students through the entire admission process, from the initial inquiry to final enrollment. Tasks include consulting with students and their families, coordinating with universities, guiding the process, presenting seminars / webinars on relevant topics. The role involves maintaining updated knowledge about educational opportunities abroad and ensuring a seamless counselling & admission experience for all students.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
• Familiarity with international education systems and admission processes
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for handling student documentation
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including students, families, and universities
• Experience in education consultancy or related field is preferred
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant academic qualifications, such as a Bachelor's degree
