We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead to join our QA team and ensure top-notch quality across our mobile and web application platforms . The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and leadership capabilities, with a passion for delivering high-quality products and mentoring QA Title : Test : Bangalore (On-site 5 days a : 6 to 8 Years

Notice Period : Immediate Joiner Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage end-to-end testing efforts for mobile (iOS & Android) and web applications.
• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and execution frameworks.
• Be hands-on with test execution while also leading the QA team.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and client stakeholders to align on testing goals and timelines.
• Ensure thorough test coverage across functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members; conduct performance and code / test reviews.
• Track and report on QA metrics, including defect density, test coverage, and production defects.
• Take ownership of defect triage, RCA, and ensure quick resolutions.
• Ensure all testing milestones are aligned with release schedules.
• Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and best :
• 6 to 8 years of overall experience in QA, with at least 2+ years in a lead role.
• Strong hands-on experience testing mobile and web applications.
• Proven experience managing QA teams and interacting with clients / stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Proficient in test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
