Account Executive

Job Title : Accounts Executive

Location : Lucknow (Local candidates preferred)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support the finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and bookkeeping, and must be based in Lucknow or willing to relocate.

Key Responsibility Areas :

Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / ERP software.

Maintain accurate ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and financial records.

Handle accounts receivable and payable.

Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory guidelines..

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for payment follow-ups.

Maintain proper documentation for bills, payroll, and audit purposes.

Support in internal financial policies and process improvements.

Educational Background :

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or equivalent.

Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience.

Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP tools.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic auditing procedures.

Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and confidentiality handling.
