Job Summary
The Incubation Manager is a dynamic professional responsible for driving the success of our start-up ecosystem by providing comprehensive support to emerging businesses, designing innovative program structures, and facilitating strategic collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
• Program Designing:
– Develop comprehensive incubation program curricular
– Design and implement start-up mentorship frameworks
– Create evaluation metrics for startup progress and potential
– Research and integrate global best practices in startup incubation
• Collaborations:
– Identify and engage potential strategic partners
– Develop memorandums of understanding (MoUs) with academic institutions and industry leaders
– Organize networking events and workshops for startups
– Facilitate cross-sector collaborations and knowledge exchange
• Startup Support:
– Provide one-on-one mentorship and guidance to early-stage entrepreneurs
– Assist startups in developing robust business models
– Help startups access funding opportunities and investor networks
– Support startup teams in strategic planning and market positioning
– Support local entrepreneurship and skill development programs

• Number of startups successfully onboarded and supported
• Percentage of startups securing initial funding within 6 months
• Quality and comprehensiveness of incubation program curriculum

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s Preferred) in Technology, Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of proven experience in startup ecosystem, program management, or entrepreneurship support
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of startup operations, funding mechanisms, and innovation ecosystems
• Proficiency in project management tools and startup evaluation frameworks
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
• Experience in designing educational or mentorship programs preferred
