About the Role :
We are looking for a skilled ServiceMax Developer to join our team and help us implement, customize, and support ServiceMax solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, with specific experience working with ServiceMax Field Service Management solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceMax solutions based on business requirements.
- Customize and configure ServiceMax objects, layouts, workflows, and business rules.
- Integrate ServiceMax with Salesforce and other third-party systems using APIs.
- Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and documentation for ServiceMax Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceMax configurations, processes, or integrations.
- Stay updated with ServiceMax and Salesforce platform updates and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceMax configuration and development.Strong knowledge of Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Flow.Familiarity with ServiceMax modules like Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Installed Products, Entitlements, etc.Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus.Understanding of field service processes and best practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and documentation skills.(ref : hirist.tech)
