🎨 Product Designer (Remote)

💰 Salary : ₹25,000 per month

🌍 Work Type : Fully Remote

🕒 Employment : Full-time

Objective :

We are building an AI-powered job assistant platform. The platform should feel like a chat-first experience (similar to Manus.im), where the user interacts with an AI chatbot while also accessing a set of services (resume generation, resume tailoring, cover letter, mock interviews, etc.).

We want you to design the chatbot + resume flow as the first step, but the design should be future-proof — easily extendable to new services and AI agents (like cloud browser, auto apply, mock interviews, learning recommendations).

Core Responsibilities :

Apply UI design principles across layouts, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
Shape seamless UX experiences through user flows, wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, site maps, and information architecture.
Conduct basic user research and translate insights into effective design solutions.
Work with Figma, FigJam, Miro, and optionally Sketch / Adobe XD; Photoshop / Illustrator is a plus.
Build and maintain design systems and component libraries.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and content teams to bring concepts to life.
Ensure designs prioritize usability, accessibility, and user-first principles.
Present and communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
Maintain a portfolio that demonstrates strong product, web, and app design skills with emphasis on the design process.

Additional Expectations :

Strong time management and self-discipline in a remote-first setup.

Ability to work in an agile environment with iterative feedback.

Basic understanding of HTML / CSS (preferred, not mandatory).

Awareness of design trends, tools, and best practices.

Proactive, problem-solving, and open to continuous learning.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Product Designer (internship / freelance / project experience counts).

Strong portfolio demonstrating design process, problem-solving, and product thinking.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
