Experience : - 3-4years

Location : - Bangalore

Responsibilities :

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of payment gateway products : Onboarding, settlements, refunds, and reconciliations.
• Deep dive into payment success rates, transaction journeys, and merchant experience to identify product gaps and opportunities.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Risk, Ops, Compliance, and Business) to define product requirements and deliver high-quality features.
• Partner with design to create frictionless merchant and end-user payment flows.
• Analyze product performance metrics, merchant feedback, and data insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Updated with the regulatory landscape, payment ecosystem trends, and competition.
• Drive GTM planning and internal adoption of new features and product enhancements.
