Job Description :
We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Head KAM QC to manage and grow relationships with leading online platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce players. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in e-commerce account handling, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sales, visibility, and operational efficiency.

- Strategic Account Management
- Build and maintain relationships with category managers and key stakeholders at Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms.
- Support negotiations for annual terms, marketing collaborations, and business development initiatives.
- Sales & Financial Planning
- Develop account-wise sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
- Category Development
- Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Pricing teams to enhance product listings, content quality, and assortment planning.
- Identify gaps, competitor trends, and category insights to drive business growth.
- Promotions & Campaign Execution
- Plan and implement promotional activities including visibility campaigns, brand days, and exclusive launches.
- Track and evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
- Collaborate with SCM teams to ensure healthy inventory levels across platforms.
- Coordinate with partners to resolve fulfilment issues and improve service levels.

PGDM / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field from a reputed institute
Experience
3–5 years of relevant experience managing key e-commerce accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, or Quick Commerce)
Domain Knowledge
Good understanding of e-commerce operations, platform policies, pricing strategies, and consumer durables segment.Familiarity with marketing tools and platform analytics dashboards.Skills
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Analytical and detail-oriented approach with basic P&L understanding.Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional setups.Skills Required
