About the Role :

We are urgently hiring a senior QA Test Lead with strong hands-on experience in FHIR, HL7, and InterSystems IRIS . The role focuses on validating FHIR / HL7 JSON-based APIs , performing SQL testing on InterSystems IRIS, and ensuring compliance with healthcare interoperability and data security standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for FHIR / HL7 JSON in CDR GCP

Validate data mapping, transformation, and compliance with healthcare standards (FHIR / HL7)

Write and execute complex SQL queries on InterSystems IRIS for data validation

Conduct API testing using Postman / SoapUI and contribute to automation where applicable

Collaborate with Developers, BAs, and Product Owners in an Agile / Scrum environment

Participate in test planning, requirement reviews, and sprint ceremonies

Ensure HIPAA and organizational compliance; document test results and defects to closure

Required Skills :

✅ 7+ years QA experience in healthcare or related domains

✅ Strong knowledge of FHIR / HL7 standards and testing JSON payloads

✅ Advanced SQL skills with practical experience in InterSystems IRIS

✅ Hands-on with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI)

✅ Familiarity with test management tools (Rally) and Agile methodologies

✅ Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Nice-to-Have :

Experience with GCP or other cloud healthcare platforms

Exposure to ETL / pipeline / data validation testing
