Job descriptionEnsure accurate and up-to-date entry and maintenance of employee personal and job-related information in PeopleSoft and HCM systemProvide specialized support tailored to the unique needs and compliance requirements of each region we serve.Conduct regular audits and data validation to maintain the highest standards of data quality and integrity.Work closely with HR, IT, and other cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve data management practices.Uphold strict confidentiality and security protocols to protect sensitive employee information.Accurately analyze and update employee data in PeopleSoft / HCM, ensuring completeness and performing basic accuracy checks as per established processes.Work on daily Business-As-Usual (BAU) reports and Data Integrity reports to maintain high data quality standards.Act as a point of contact for requestors, addressing data-related queries and providing necessary assistance.Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned requests, and follow up to ensure all requests are closed to completion.Communicate effectively with clients to minimize follow-ups and ensure clarity in data handling processes.Contribute to key initiatives and projects, providing support and testing during HR enhancement projects.
