Position : SAP Digital Manufacturing Consultant

Experience : 8+ Years (11-14 years overall, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience)

Location : PAN India

Notice Period : Immediate - 15 days

Employment Type : Long-term Contract

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Digital Manufacturing Consultant with 8+ years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years of direct, relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be a specialized expert in SAP Digital Manufacturing (former SAP DMC / SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud), SAP MII, and SAP ME.

This is a critical role for an industry expert who will lead Industry 4.0 and Smart Manufacturing project implementations from conception to go-live. You will be responsible for providing creative solutions, executing complex technical configurations, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and shop floor systems to deliver tangible value to our manufacturing clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the full project lifecycle for SAP Digital Manufacturing implementations, including preparation,

blueprinting, technical realization, and go-live support.

Actively engage in blueprinting workshops and meetings to gather requirements, define business processes, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

Implement and configure SAP DMC, SAP MII, and SAP ME solutions, ensuring they align with global standards for MES integration, machine connectivity, and IoT.

Design and execute complex integrations between SAP Digital Manufacturing and other core SAP ERP modules, including PP (Production Planning), QM (Quality Management), and PM (Plant Maintenance).

Establish and manage Shop Floor & Machine Connectivity via protocols and tools like SAP PCo (Plant Connectivity) and other IIoT solutions.

Create comprehensive documentation, including Process Definition Documents (PDD), Business Design Documents (BDD), and Business Process Procedures (BPP) for all implemented solutions.

Provide expert-level support to address customer problems and propose creative solutions to address their unique business pain points.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

8+ years of professional experience in SAP, with a minimum of 3 years of dedicated, relevant experience in SAP Digital Manufacturing (former SAP DMC).

Proven expertise with SAP ME and SAP MII.

Hands-on experience with Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing, and IIoT project implementations.

Strong technical knowledge of ERP, PP / QM / PM Integrations.

Experience with Shop Floor & Machine Connectivity and Automation.

The ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops with both internal and external clients.

Highly self-manageable with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced Skills :

Experience in EWM MFS (Material Flow System) integration with the shop floor via SAP PCo.

A background in developing global standards for MES Integration, Machine Connectivity, and IoT.

Holds an SAP Certification for SAP S / 4HANA Production Planning and Manufacturing.
