Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities : Design & Content Creation :

• Design visually engaging posts, stories, reels thumbnails, and highlights for platforms like Instagram and Facebook
• Create monthly content calendars in coordination with the marketing team.
• Develop social-first content formats such as carousels, product showcases, and promotional creatives
• Write captions when needed, ensuring tone is brand-consistent Social Media Management :
• Schedule and publish posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, or Buffer
• Maintain consistent posting frequency and visual language
• Keep track of design trends, hashtags, and engagement tactics Other Design Tasks :
• Support with basic motion graphics or GIF creation for social media (preferred)
• Design website banners and marketing creatives when required.
