FoundWise is a strategic HR Advisory firm, specializing in leadership hiring and end-to-end people processes. We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Pune.

We are looking for a Recruiter with hands-on experience in leadership hiring or executive search. Must have the ability to build talent pipelines, and a proactive approach to identifying high-caliber candidates for senior-level roles.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer closure.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and define role requirements.
  • Source and engage with potential candidates through professional networks, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
  • Screen candidates for leadership roles, ensuring strong alignment with organizational culture and role requirements.
  • Manage interview coordination and provide a seamless candidate experience.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality leadership talent.

Qualifications :

  • 1–3 years of experience in leadership hiring or executive search.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with proven ability to engage senior professionals.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with a structured approach.
  • Prior experience working with executive search firms or in leadership recruitment preferred.
