Kitchen Executive – Western Cuisine

Location : ITC Kakatiya - Hyderabad

Department : FNB Production

Reports To : Executive Chef / Sous Chef

Job Summary :

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Kitchen Executive with a strong background in Western cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene. This role requires hands-on cooking expertise, leadership qualities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of Western dishes across à la carte, buffet, and banquet services.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
  • Supervise and support junior kitchen staff during service hours.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in compliance with food safety standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
  • Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef on menu planning and recipe development.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on Western cooking techniques and kitchen etiquette.
  • Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food during peak hours.
  • Uphold hotel / restaurant standards and contribute to guest satisfaction.

Preferred Skills :

  • Exposure to European, American & Mediterranean cuisines.
